Cost-Efficiency LED Pole Lights
Pole Lights are very important for any business or commercial area. But these lights are also the reason for the high utility bills. For so many years, people were using fluorescent bulbs and were not aware of the LED pole lights.
I am expecting that now you know the importance of LED Pole Lights. If not, you are definitely missing a great idea of saving money on electricity, especially if you are an owner of a business where you need lots of lights.
The world is switching to LED lights. There are several countries that are working on energy-efficiency and are switching to LED Lights. LED Lights are owning the market and growing the business efficiency too. This will be very shocking for me to accept that people are still stuck with fluorescent lights that increase the pressure on their pocket and are very harmful to the environment.
LED Parking lot lights that are installed in the garden, park, or streets do not emit any harmful radiation. They also reduce the carbon footprints in the ecosystem.
But we were discussing cost efficiency and LED Pole Lights. Let’s not get carried away with the pros of LED Pole lights and stuck to our discussion.
To move further, let’s compare the HID parking Lot fixtures and LED Parking Lot lights…
Before requiring a new lamp, an HID parking lot fixture is intended to last 10,000–20,000 hours. Lights should be replaced when they reach 70% of their rated life to avoid damage to the ballast and capacitor. Let’s say a small department store has 25 HID parking lot lights that run for 20,000 hours and uses them for 11 hours per day. The lights would be turned on for 4,015 hours per year, equating to about five years (20,000/3,960 = 4.9). However, 70% of 20,000 hours equals 14,000 hours (or about three years). This means that the store will have to re-lamp their group of lights every three years. Re-lamping isn’t as easy as buying a new bulb, unfortunately.
So here, it is clear that LED Pole lights are equal to cost-efficiency. Do not give a second thought to it and switch to LED Pole lights if you want to save money.
